Julius Boros, an American professional golfer, had a distinguished career marked by exceptional skill and longevity. Born in 1920, Boros turned professional in 1949 and went on to secure 18 victories on the PGA Tour, including three major championships. He clinched the U.S. Open twice, in 1952 and again in 1963, and won the 1968 PGA Championship at the age of 48, making him the oldest winner of a major championship at the time. Boros was known for his accurate iron play and precise putting, contributing to his consistent success throughout his career. His remarkable achievements and perseverance in the sport have solidified his status as a golfing legend. 20" x 30".

This auction will end on Wednesday January 31st at 10pm ET with extended bidding to follow. All initial bids must be placed by 10pm ET in order to participate on those lots during extended bidding. Lots with two or more bidders will each have their own 30 minute countdown clock, and it will be extended by 30 minutes any time those lots receive a bid. If no bids are placed on a lot within a 30 minutes time period during extended bidding, the lot will close. A 19.5% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to each item won in auction.
