Tommy Armour, known as the "Silver Scot," was a prominent Scottish-American golfer whose career spanned the early to mid-20th century. Born in 1894, Armour was a distinguished player, teacher, and club designer. He secured three major championship victories: the U.S. Open in 1927, The Open Championship in 1931, and the PGA Championship in 1930. Renowned for his excellent putting and short game skills, Armour made significant contributions to the sport. After his playing career, he became a respected golf instructor, sharing his expertise and knowledge with aspiring golfers. Armour's lasting legacy in the golfing world solidifies him as a key figure in the sport's history.

This auction will end on Wednesday January 31st at 10pm ET with extended bidding to follow. All initial bids must be placed by 10pm ET in order to participate on those lots during extended bidding. Lots with two or more bidders will each have their own 30 minute countdown clock, and it will be extended by 30 minutes any time those lots receive a bid. If no bids are placed on a lot within a 30 minutes time period during extended bidding, the lot will close. A 19.5% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to each item won in auction.
