Julius Boros, an American professional golfer, had a prolific golf career characterized by skill, longevity, and success. Born in 1920, Boros turned professional in 1949 and became one of the most consistent players of his era. He secured 18 wins on the PGA Tour, including three major championships. Boros clinched the U.S. Open in 1952 and again in 1963, showcasing his resilience and adaptability over the years. Notably, he also won the 1968 PGA Championship at the age of 48, making him one of the oldest winners of a major championship. Boros' golfing legacy is marked by his precision, experience, and ability to perform at the highest level even as he aged, making him an enduring figure in the world of golf.

This auction will end on Wednesday January 31st at 10pm ET with extended bidding to follow. All initial bids must be placed by 10pm ET in order to participate on those lots during extended bidding. Lots with two or more bidders will each have their own 30 minute countdown clock, and it will be extended by 30 minutes any time those lots receive a bid. If no bids are placed on a lot within a 30 minutes time period during extended bidding, the lot will close. A 19.5% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to each item won in auction.
