'The British War Relief Society Inc. National Golf Tournament is written
on the edging of this June 14th, 1941 medal in shallow relief. National
crown and lion are exhibited in the center emblem that is accented by
trace amounts of blue, red and white. This substantial medal carries
great detail, with expected aging throughout. Both World War I and WWII
saw the world of sport changed for the greater good, with a purse shift

This auction will end on Sunday, July 31st at 10pm ET with extended bidding to follow. All initial bids must be placed by 10pm ET in order to participate on those lots during extended bidding. Lots with two or more bidders will each have their own 30 minute countdown clock, and it will be extended by 30 minutes any time those lots receive a bid. If no bids are placed on a lot within a 30 minutes time period during extended bidding, the lot will close. A 19.5% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to each item won in auction.
