Stored in their original envelope from St Andrews comes this collection of golf brochures from the area. The Royal and Ancient Golf Club, which was founded in 1754 as the Society of St Andrews Golfers and is recognized world wide as the headquarters of Golf. The Old Course was granted to the citizens of St Andrews in 1552 and has remained a public course ever since. The present club house was opened in 1854.

This auction will end on Wednesday, August 31st at 10pm ET with extended bidding to follow. All initial bids must be placed by 10pm ET in order to participate on those lots during extended bidding. Lots with two or more bidders will each have their own 30 minute countdown clock, and it will be extended by 30 minutes any time those lots receive a bid. If no bids are placed on a lot within a 30 minutes time period during extended bidding, the lot will close. A 19.5% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to each item won in auction.
