The ticket comes in excellent, undated condition with the original string intact. After Turnberry was used as a military base and hospital during both World Wars, Mackenzie Ross redesigned the Alisa course in 1951. Turnberry has hosted 4 Open Championships, in 1977, 1986, 1994, and 2009, and is now owned by Donald Trump. 

This auction will end on Sunday, July 31st at 10pm ET with extended bidding to follow. All initial bids must be placed by 10pm ET in order to participate on those lots during extended bidding. Lots with two or more bidders will each have their own 30 minute countdown clock, and it will be extended by 30 minutes any time those lots receive a bid. If no bids are placed on a lot within a 30 minutes time period during extended bidding, the lot will close. A 19.5% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to each item won in auction.
