Two (2) Vintage Gene Sarazen Black & White Photos
Gene
Sarazen was an American professional golfer, one of the world's top
players in the 1920s and 1930s. He is one of five golfers to win all the
current major championships in his career, the Career Grand Slam: U.S.
Open in 1922, 1932, PGA Championship in 1922, 1923, 1933, British Open
in 1932, and The Masters in 1935. Here are two vintage vintage photos of
Sarazen at the tee box and with what appears to be his wife Mary. There
is stamping and notations on each. 8 1/2" x 6 1/2", 6 1/2" x 4 3/4"
This auction will end on Tuesday, January 31st at 10pm ET with extended bidding to follow. All initial bids must be placed by 10pm ET in order to participate on those lots during extended bidding. Lots with two or more bidders will each have their own 30 minute countdown clock, and it will be extended by 30 minutes any time those lots receive a bid. If no bids are placed on a lot within a 30 minutes time period during extended bidding, the lot will close. A 19.5% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to each item won in auction.
