Five (5) Major Winners Signed Augusta National Scorecards - Calc, Janzen, Dow, Bolt, & Weiskopf

Janzen is best known for twice winning the U.S. Open, in 1993 and 1998. He has won eight times on the PGA Tour. In 1993, Janzen defeated Payne Stewart at Baltusrol in Springfield, New Jersey, en route to tying the 72-hole U.S. Open scoring record of 8-under par. Five years later, he again beat out Stewart to win his second U.S. Open, this time at the Olympic Club in San Francisco. He overcame a five stroke deficit on Sunday, marking the best final-round comeback in a U.S. Open for 25 years since Johnny Miller's win in 1973. Baltusrol is the site of Janzen's 1993 US Open victory, his first major championship. Dow Fisterwald was able to best a very talented PGA championship field of 167 players in 1958 and capture his sole major victory, on his way to becoming PGA Player of the Year Tommy Bolt won fifteen PGA Tour titles, including one major championship, the 1958 U.S. Open. Bolt was a member of the United States Ryder Cup teams of 1955 and 1957. His career Ryder Cup record was 3-1, including a singles victory over Christy O'Connor Snr in 1955 at Thunderbird Golf and Country Club in Palm Springs, California. He was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 2002. Bolt died at the age of 92 Weiskopf played on the PGA Tour and the Champions Tour. His most successful decade was the 1970s, and he won 16 PGA Tour titles between 1968 and 1982. His career season was 1973, when he won seven tournaments around the world, including The Open Championship at Royal Troon, and he would finish that year ranked second in the world. This was to remain his only major championship victory, but he was a four-time runner-up at The Masters and also had a T2 finish at the 1976 U.S. Open. After winding down his tournament career, Weiskopf has become a noted golf course architect
